As Christians, we believe we are stewards of the resources God entrusts to us. That conviction led our family to make a pivotal decision over a decade ago. We chose to stop investing in companies whose actions contradict our faith.

To us, investing is about more than financial gain. It is about stewardship. It is about being intentional with what we support. It is about owning assets that reflect our values, not just our financial goals.

This is what led us to Biblically Responsible Investing. It is an approach that seeks to align your investments with your values by focusing on companies that demonstrate strong principles and avoiding those that conflict with them. I grew up in the financial services industry, following in the footsteps of my father and learning the business from the ground up. 

Over time, I reached a point where I could no longer separate my faith from my work. I realized that what I believe should be reflected in how I Invest and how I serve clients. That led my wife and me to begin investing in a way that aligned with our values and our convictions. It also shaped the way we serve others today.

My Christian faith is the foundation for everything I do. It guides how I think about stewardship, truth, and responsibility. It is also why I believe our financial decisions should reflect what we believe.

I am not your typical financial advisor. In fact, that is something I hear quite often. I am more at home in blue jeans and cowboy boots than a suit and tie. When I am not working with clients, you will likely find me on our small hobby farm or spending time outdoors.

Family is a central part of my life. My wife, Erica, and our two daughters have given me a deeper perspective and a greater sense of meaning. They are the reason I care deeply about helping others build a legacy that goes beyond finances. It is about living with purpose, standing for what is right, and making decisions that reflect our beliefs.

Erica plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of Gondran Financial Group. She joined the firm in 2015 and has become an integral part of how we serve our clients and operate as a team.

With a background in the dental field and a strong attention to detail, Erica oversees compliance and operations with diligence and care. Her work helps ensure that everything we do is handled with consistency, integrity, and a high level of responsibility.

Beyond her role in the firm, Erica is deeply committed to her family. She enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and creating meaningful memories with those she loves. Her steady presence, thoughtful approach, and commitment to doing things well make her an essential part of both our team and our culture.
